Marc is an absolutely brilliant chef. He is flexible, really understands what the requirements are and goes above and beyond to delight. He is also able to work to very different briefs, diets, scales, level of food and budget, which is very much appreciated and difficult to find. We will always remain loyal to Marc and use him whenever we can! I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
